Daniel Wasserstein is a Florida Bar licensed attorney serving as general counsel to community association clients throughout the State. Mr. Wasserstein represents condominium and homeowners associations in many facets, from collections and foreclosures, to litigation and general governance, to amendments, document and contract review and drafting. He also has significant experience in lender litigation, construction law, evictions and general business and contract disputes. In the community, Mr. Wasserstein has taken on leadership positions, he has spoken on association and construction law, he has written published articles and as a State approved instructor, Mr. Wasserstein routinely volunteers his time to educate board members and property managers. Rachel Seiden is a Florida Bar licensed attorney. She has an undergraduate degree from Florida State University, where she graduated magna cum laude, and received her juris doctorate from Syracuse University's College of Law. Rachel is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, Golden Key National Honor Society and the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society. Rachel frequently represents clients in disputes pending in state courts throughout Florida and is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mark Roher has over 18 years of experience in private practice representing both individual and corporate clients in business and consumer bankruptcy proceedings, various commercial litigation matters, business disputes, collections and creditors' rights matters. Mr. Roher focuses his practice on all aspects of bankruptcy, debtor and creditors' rights, bankruptcy litigation and reorganization, commercial litigation and assignment for the benefit of creditors proceedings.
